Cuando das una vuelta por un supermercado noruego encuentras una gran cantidad de productos que vienen de USA o por lo menos tienen influencia de Estados Unidos. Este es el caso de los productos que os presento hoy: los Chicken Bits de Jack Link’s, los Nachos con salsa de Queso de Hombre y el BBQ Marinade de Santa María.
Chicken Bits
Aquí tenéis, 25 gramos de carne de pollo seca y con extra de especias de curry, todo por unos 3 euros… Además con un extra de conservación, ya que le restaba hasta un año para la fecha de caducidad. La verdad es que la idea es buena, buena, de esta manera puedes sacar un rentabilidad tremenda a los mini-recortes de carne de pollo que quedan durante la elaboración de otros productos.
A mí en particular me parecieron un poco fuertes de sabor, pero puede que tomado junto a una cervecita la cosa fuera más agradable.
Como curiosidad, fijaros en que viene junto a una bolsita aborberdora de oxígeno, para mejorar su calidad organoléptica durante su larga conservación.
Nachos con salsa de queso
Lo que me gustó de este producto fue su packaging, ya que en el tubo tienes los nachos sazonados y sobre este tubo puedes encajar la salsa de queso en el otro recipiente. Además lo puedes cerrar sin mayor problema y guardarlo en el frigo para comerlo luego. El precio alrededor de unos 3 euros.
BBQ marinade
Esto si que es un inventazo, y sino que le pregunten a @superwillyfoc que fue el que lo disfrutó. Sin duda, una manera fácil de marinar un filete de ternera (u otro), al que daremos jugosidad y aportaremos sabor.
Además es sencillo, puesto que necesitas una bolsa con cierre zip y la receta para el marinado. Ya estoy pensando en hacer mi propia variante para marinar el churrasco.
